En realidad todo este esfuerzo es lo que te hunde. Si no hicieras nada, tu cuerpo comenzaría a flotar lentamente y estarías a salvo. Es una contradicción. Sucede igual con la felicidad. - ¿No haciendo nada alcanzo la felicidad? - La felicidad no es algo que se pueda alcanzar dado que es un regalo que Dios nos otorgó al crearnos perfectos. Es parte de nuestra esencia y cuando queremos alcanzar algo que ya somos, en el fondo estamos negando esa verdad. - Significa que cuando buscamos la felicidad estamos afirmando que somos imperfectos. - Sí. Esta creencia es un velo que la oculta y nuestros esfuerzos por alcanzarla reafirman la creencia formándose un círculo. - Entonces ¿qué hacer? - Fácil: ¡No quieras alcanzar la felicidad! Si todo lo que hacemos no hace más que ocultarla, entonces debemos dejar de hacer lo que estamos haciendo. - Parece simple. ¿Por qué no podemos verla? - Es como el silencio, cuando dejas de hacer ruido... aparece. - ¿Y cómo lograrlo?...
