Michael A Marinelli
This book explores the nature of reality through a spiritual lens. The author, drawing on decades of empirical experience and spiritual practices, ponders questions like whether we live in a conceptual reality and how language shapes our perception of the world and our experiences. The book is divided into two parts. Part I focuses on the power of language, arguing that it unconsciously shapes our experiences of reality. Part II explores the role of nonverbal awareness in understanding how the mind is a construct of our thoughts that create our identities, beliefs, and attachments. The book suggest that by cultivating a nonverbal awareness we can gain insight into the nature of thought, reality, and self-realization.
