La Ecología Humana entendida como una disciplina formando parte de lo que pusiera ser la ciencia ambiental, no es fácil de entender.Como un comodín para hacerla más agradable , hemos escrito estas páginas en forma novelada y generada por unas experiencias docentes realizadas en ese pueblo – caserío: Güiripa, quizá tardíamente.En medio de ciertos paisajes y personajes hemos tratado de explicar los fundamentos de esta disciplina para el alcance de los alumnos y neófitos, a veces negados a interesarse en tópicos muy áridos. Lo que aquí refiero son estratos de momentos verdaderos ocurridos en clases y en propio terrenos de GüiripaEn anexo he dejado de manera originalla experiencia de Güiripa tal como fuepresentada en Viena en el InternationalMeeting on Human Ecology ( Viena,1975-09-15::19 ) . Tanto en el libro comoen la ponencia sobre Güiripa , los conceptosno han variado, así la bibliografíacorresponde a esos años.
