Bregham Dalgliesh
The commercial turn in the internationalisation of higher education generates numerous paradoxes for the university. The Ethics of Internationalisation is a critique of the ethical dilemmas confronting transnational scholars and the political threat to the university posed by the neoliberal knowledge economy. In an original philosophical approach, Bregham Dalgliesh proposes an ethical reading of internationalisation, which is oriented by the Anthropocene and pioneered by strangers in the house of reason, as a timely alternative to the commercial iteration chained to globalisation.
