Se presenta el proyecto piloto para el manejo integral de la basura doméstica (PROPMIBAD) en el municipio Tinaquillo, del estado Cojedes, en sector urbano, que se fracciona en tres motores, a saber: Primer motor denominado; programa de estudio impacto y gestión ambiental comunitaria (PEIGAC) Segundo motor: manejo integral de residuos domésticos (MIREDO) Tercer motor: Disposición final de materia inorgánica. (DIFIMIN). En el primer motor: se trabajará con la educación ambiental y la divulgación de la propuesta PROPMIBAD. El segundo motor: pone en práctica todo lo aprendido en PEIGAC y se procede a reducir la producción de basura en un 45 %. (Materia orgánica).
