Puedo decir que este trabajo tiene dos objetivos principales, el primero es recuperar la memoria histórica de las religiosas y el segundo, mostrar la vida religiosa femenina a los que viven fuera de ella. ¿Qué es la vida religiosa? ¿Es este tipo de vida una utopía? ¿Acaso tiene algún futuro? Tras este mundo femenino tan complejo, soy una simple espectadora que estudia y pretende mostrar cómo se vive en una comunidad, cuáles son sus preocupaciones, sus frustraciones pero también sus ilusiones. Tal vez estas páginas ayuden a entender un poco la vida religiosa femenina a quienes no la conocen, a comprender su diversidad y sus aportes, así como a evaluar su papel en la sociedad y en la historia.
