Grumpy the Iguana, Green Parrot, Mr. Squirrel and Little Mouse are enjoying a picnic in the park when Little Mouse decides to walk over to the dock to look at the fish swimming in the Marina. But instead of seeing fish, he sees a whale! Or is it? Little Mouse runs back to the picnic to tell his friends about what he saw, which turns out not to be a whale, but a young manatee named Baby. In this combined version of Growing Up Is Hard To Do parts 1 and 2, we see how Baby is learning to find her way in this great big world on her own.
