Se propusieron elementos básicos de un modelo de liderazgo, para lograr una gestión administrativa de calidad, tanto en la educación presencial como en la educación a distancia.El documento expone información sobre: Requisitos y características de un buen líder, elementos básicos de la gestión y liderazgo, valores fundamentales de la calidad educativa, así como también métodos para evaluar la calidad.El Modelo propuesto para el Colegio Efraín presenta ideas de mejora continua para aumentar la calidad educativa, como también proyectos a realizar para promover el aprendizaje de los alumnos que estudian en forma virtual. La adecuada gestión administrativa es decisiva para que una organización educativa pueda tener éxito. No es posible realizar cosas que no se saben, por lo que es importante tomarse el tiempo de informarse sobre ideas que le puedan servir para mejorar la administración educativa.
