La educación ha redefinido los escenarios de las estrategias metodológicas y con ello las técnicas, recursos e instrumentos de evaluación que, alineados de manera integral aportan significativamente en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, dejando así prácticas monótonas y conducentes a malos resultados, lo cual generan en el/la estudiante un rechazo, más que al docente, a la asignatura, abriendo así una brecha entre docente y estudiante respecto a colaboración y convivencia en el aula. El aula invertida o flipped classroom (en inglés) trae consigo resultados que benefician el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y simplifican la gestión administrativa del docente; esta opción orienta a los estudiantes en la construcción de sus propios conocimientos. Este trabajo da un aporte significativo del buen uso que se hace de la metodología del aula invertida en el aprendizaje de las matemáticas.
