Este libro de graduación presenta las bases de producción para la creación de un documental transmedia sobre la memoria colectiva de la generación joven de la década de 1950 en San José, Costa Rica, dirigido a una audiencia juvenil. El desarrollo del proyecto se organiza en torno a cinco ejes clave: la historia de San José en los años 50, la memoria colectiva, la juventud, la narrativa transmedia y el concepto de 'user persona'.A partir de estos ejes, se delinean los objetivos específicos del libro. El primer objetivo es contextualizar el entorno sociocultural de los jóvenes de esa época mediante investigación documental y entrevistas a expertos. El segundo objetivo explora las memorias de esta generación a través de entrevistas a seis grupos de personas que fueron jóvenes en San José en los años 50. El tercer objetivo caracteriza al 'user persona' y evalúa la recepción del proyecto entre jóvenes de la Gran Área Metropolitana de entre 18 y 30 años mediante grupos focales. Finalmente, el cuarto objetivo sintetiza los hallazgos y aprendizajes a través del diseño de una biblia transmedia, que establece las bases de producción para el documental.
